When piano legend Bill Payne (Little Feat, Doobie Brothers, Toto, Jackson Browne, Robert Palmer...) bought a pair of Mini K47s for his home studio, we asked to hear how they sounded. He promptly sent a recording of a solo improv rendition of the Little Feat classic, "Dixie Chicken," which put a huge grin on every face in the workshop. Here that recording in the video below.

If you want to hear the Mini K47 on drum overheads, guitars, vocals, or anything else, check out the Mini K47 demo video collection.

Little Feat is using an extensive collection of Roswell microphones on their triumphant 2021-2022 tour; read more about that here.
