Free Shipping Policy

Beginning November 2018, we are offering free shipping on all microphone orders within the US. We will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion.

For export orders, we are discounting our UPS Worldwide Expedited rates to just USD $20 for Canada or USD $30 for the rest of the world, for orders $299–$1199. Orders over USD $1200 ship free.

Shipping – Domestic US

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days. In the event that an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you via email.
  • Choose from USPS, FedEx, and UPS options during check-out.
  • The USPS does not honor re-routing requests. Make sure the shipping address you enter during check-out is one where you can actually receive your goods.
  • All microphone shipments require a signature for delivery. Please provide a shipping address where a person will be available to sign for the package.
  • If you provide a valid email address at the time of ordering, you will receive tracking information when the shipping label is generated. Paypal users who never check the email account associated with their Paypal address will miss these shipping notices, and potentially other useful emails from us regarding their orders.
  • If the package you receive shows visible damage, immediately photograph the shipping carton. Retain the carton until you determine whether the contents were damaged in transit. Shippers require proof of damage before paying claims.

Shipping – International

  • We request that non-US customers provide a telephone number at the time of ordering. We will include this with the invoice, so the local delivery courier can contact you if necessary to coordinate delivery.
  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days. In the event that an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you via email.
  • Choose from USPS, UPS, or FedEx options during check-out.
  • We provide all required information on the customs form, including the full value of the order. Requests to under-declare the value or "mark as gift" cannot be honored.
  • We affix a packing slip / invoice to the outside of the box, to facilitate import processing.
  • Customers are responsible for import taxes and duties.
  • Although USPS Priority shipments generally only take 10-14 days, long delays can be caused by the import and postal services in the destination country. These delays are beyond our control. If after 45 days the package has not been delivered, we can file an insurance claim and ship a replacement package.

Returns

  • We accept returns received here within 21 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in like-new condition, and must be shipped at customer’s cost to our warehouse. (See our address on the Contact page.) Any mics showing signs of use or abuse will be assessed a repair fee.
  • We strongly recommend that return shipments are insured against loss or damage.
  • Refunds will be sent within 5 business days of the return. 
  • Assuming the returned mic is complete and in "like new" condition, we will refund the full purchase price paid, less actual shipping/handling costs.
